After being welcomed by the farm’s owner, you will participate in a cheese making lesson. The cheese master will guide you step by step during the transformation of milk into cheese, and give you the keys for making a successful final product. You will learn how to make fresh ricotta, as well as all of the steps for aging a delicious Pecorino cheese. After the work is done, you will move on to enjoy a fabulous lunch based on cheese and other fresh products from the farm such as olive oil. You will be able to taste the cheese you made for a fun and informative experience.
